How it works

Create an account and let Histy build your site. For the trial you need no card and no payment details.
Book a plan
If you like your site, book it in the dashboard under “Tarif” (plan). Payment runs through Stripe. If you book during the trial, you only pay once it is over.
Invoice
You always pay in advance. Your invoices are in the dashboard under “Abo verwalten” (manage subscription).
Cancel
At any time, in the dashboard under “Abo verwalten” or by email. Your plan runs until the end of the time you have already paid for.
Common questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. For the 14 days you give no payment details, and nothing is charged. Only when you book a plan do you pay, through Stripe.
When do I pay for the first time?
If you book after the trial, right when you book. If you book during the trial, at its end, and no sooner than two days after booking. The dashboard shows you the date before you pay.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. When you book you enter your business's name and address, and your VAT ID if you have one. You download the invoices in the dashboard under “Abo verwalten” (manage subscription).
Why is there no VAT?
Histy is offered by Floxa, owner Paul Ler. Floxa is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act and therefore currently charges no VAT. Every invoice says so. If that changes, VAT is added to the price, and we tell you beforehand.
Are there any other fees?
Not from Histy: no setup fee and no fee per enquiry. If you want your own domain, you buy it from a provider of your choice, where it costs extra.
How do I cancel?
In the dashboard under “Abo verwalten” or by email to hello@floxa.de, at any time. Your plan then runs until the end of the time you have already paid for. After that your site is no longer online. We keep your content for up to six months in case you come back.
What happens after the 14 days?
Your site takes a break: it is no longer shown publicly until you book a plan. Nothing is charged, because the trial asks for no payment details. Your content stays. If you book no plan, we may delete the account six months after the trial; we tell you by email beforehand.
